  • How far does Rask deliver? 

Your Rask products will be delivered to you in Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany and France. If you are located in another country, please contact us at

  • Which carrier does Rask use?
We work with Post NL for Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and with Bpost for France and Germany.
  • When can I expect to receive my order?

For all shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands the usual processing time is between 48h to 72h. For France, the United Kingdom and Germany, the processing time depend on the local distributor. You can always trace & track you shipping via the confirmation email once your order is purchased.

Size Chart

  • What is the right size for me?

Our goal was to reflect the perfect size for all bodies. The sizes match your normal clothes size, but if you would like to be 100% sure, please check the size chart via the small white square 'size chart' on the right side of your screen (top left if you are using the mobile version).


Exchanges and Return 

  • Can I exchange or return my item?

We commit ourselves to exchange its size, model, etc.; provided that it is returned to us with its label and in perfect condition, without having been used. In case of return, you will receive a voucher for the value of our initial purchase, valid for one year, which can be used on any Rask Cycling article. 

  • How long does it take?

Returns and exchanges must be made within 28 working days from receipt of delivery.

  • How do I make an exchange or return?

For any exchange, or return, please first contact us at with the reason of your exchange/return. For any orders in Belgium, we will be sending you a returned label, which you can print and drop in any of the PostNL pick up points. 

For all other countries (the United Kingdom, Netherlands, France and Germany) you will have to make the return at your own cost, with any transporter of your choice.

  • How will I be reimbursed? Or when will I receive my new order?

Vouchers valid for our Rask Cycling website will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. From that moment on, you will receive an email from us notifying you with the code to be used on our website for any other Rask Cycling article, at the value of your initial purchase. 

For any exchange in Belgium and Netherlands, we will be sending you the right article within the next 48h to 72h after inspection and validation of the returned article. A validation email will be send to you when the article is shipped. 


Create an online account

  • Do I need to open an account to order online?

Opening an online account is not mandatory to purchase any Rask products, but is an advantage if you would like all your information to be retained for your next purchase. You will also be informed faster of our promotions and new launches by opening an online account. 

  • How to proceed?

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Appel pay and Google pay.

  • Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is secure and protected via Shopify Payments terms and conditions.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped. Orders paid with Google pay and Appel pay will be charged immediately.

  • Do shipping costs include customs duties?

Customs duties and shipping charges for international orders are not included.
